ATLP's Young Professionals Committee Presents
Election Recap and Railbanking Webinar December 13, 2022, at Noon EST.

Please join us for an Election Recap and Railbanking webinar featuring Ann Warner and Christian Alexander on December 13, 2022 at 12:00pm ET.
This webinar welcomes back Ann Warner, who recently presented at ATLP’s Fall Forum, to provide insight on what to expect in the 118th Congress. Ann is the managing partner of Ann Warner LLC, and a recognized leader in infrastructure who works to develop, advocate, and secure policy initiatives, funding/financing, and regulatory approvals for clients. Prior to starting up her own firm in 2013, Ann served in various high-level government affairs positions and spent time on the Hill managing legislative responsibilities for former U.S. Representative Ken Kramer of Colorado and the late U.S. Representative Phil Crane of Illinois.
We also welcome back Christian Alexander, who has presented on commuter rail updates at ATLP Annual Meetings, to provide insights on Railbanking, the method by which underused rail corridors can be converted to public recreational or multi-modal trail use. Christian is an attorney at Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP, where his practice focuses on assisting public entities in the development and operation of public transportation and infrastructure projects, particularly passenger rail systems, rail-related infrastructure, and airports. He has significant administrative law experience representing state and local governments before various federal boards and administrations, including the Surface Transportation Board, the Federal Transit Administration, the Federal Railroad Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, and various state regulatory bodies, as well as litigation experience before federal courts and quasi-judicial regulatory entities.
